Terms of Service — Alpha Social

1. The service

Alpha Social (the "Service") is a web application that lets businesses schedule, publish and measure videos and posts on social networks (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram and Google Business Profile). It is operated by ALPM 2020 Ltd ("we", "us").

2. Accounts and users

You open an account by signing up on this website. Each account belongs to a business (an "Organisation") and may have several users with different roles. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity performed with API keys you create.

3. Connecting social accounts

You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Connection happens through each network's official authorisation screen, and the Service acts only within the permissions you grant there. You can disconnect an account at any time, from within the Service or from the network's own settings.

4. Your content

Content you upload and publish remains yours, and you are responsible for it. You confirm that you hold all rights to it (including any music) and that it complies with the terms and community guidelines of every network it is published to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines. You grant us a limited licence to store your content and transmit it to the networks you select, solely to provide the Service. You may not use the Service for misleading, abusive or unlawful content, spam, or impersonation.

5. Publishing only with your approval

The Service publishes content only after an authorised user has approved it (in the interface, from an approval message, or through an API key your Organisation created), and at the time that was set. For TikTok, you must explicitly choose the privacy level and the comment, duet and stitch settings before every post.

6. Fees

The Service may be subject to fees according to the plan selected at sign-up. Any payment terms will be shown to you before you are charged.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is". Publishing or measurement may fail because of limits, changes or outages at the social networks, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms or the social networks' terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, or damage caused by an act or omission of a social network.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of the Southern District.
