What the Service is

Alpha Social is a web application that lets businesses schedule, publish and measure content on social networks. This policy explains what data we hold, why, and how to delete it.

Data we hold

• User details: name, email, phone (if given) and a hashed password (bcrypt).
• Content: uploaded video and image files, captions, hashtags, schedules and publishing results.
• Network connections: access and refresh tokens, the account ID and display name, and the permissions granted.
• Performance data: views, likes, comments and shares of posts published through the Service, and account-level totals.
• Tracked-link clicks: time, device type and referrer. We do not store IP addresses.
• Inbox (if enabled): comments and messages sent to the Organisation's Facebook and Instagram pages, so it can reply to them.

TikTok data

When you connect a TikTok account with Login with TikTok, the Service requests these scopes and uses them only as described:

• user.info.basic — account ID and display name, to show which account is connected and where a video will be posted.
• video.upload / video.publish — to upload and publish videos you selected and approved, with the privacy settings you chose.
• video.list / user.info.stats — to read view counts of your videos and account, to show you performance.

We do not sell TikTok data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties.

Google user data

When a Google account is connected, the Service requests permission to upload videos to your YouTube channel, read their statistics, and publish updates to your Google Business Profile. Information received from Google APIs is used solely for those actions, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Facebook and Instagram (Meta) data

When you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account with Facebook Login, the Service receives the following from Meta and uses it only as described:

• The list of Pages and accounts you chose to connect (ID and name) — to show you what is connected and where each post will go.
• Access tokens — to publish, on your behalf, the posts, Reels and Stories you created and approved. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Comments on your own posts — to show them in the inbox so you can reply.
• Performance data (views, reach, watch time, likes, comments, shares and follower counts) — to show you how each post performed.

We do not sell Meta data, do not use it for profiling or advertising, and do not share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf. Each business sees only the data of the accounts it connected itself.

LinkedIn and Telegram

Data from these networks is used only to publish the content you approved and read its performance.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Content is sent only to the networks you select. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email) process data on our behalf only. If you choose to use automatic caption suggestions, the post text is sent to a language model (Anthropic Claude) solely to propose wording.

Storage and security

Data is held on a dedicated server in Europe. Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and the interface is protected by password and role-based permissions.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting a social account inside the Service (Accounts screen → Disconnect) deletes its tokens immediately. You can also revoke access from the network's own settings (on TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps and permissions; on Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, or Apps and websites → Alpha Social → Remove). To delete your account and all its data, email adi@alpm.co.il and we will delete it within 30 days.
